In The Early 1980´s Kirsti Started At Primary School With Relaxation Techniques, Based On Studies From UCLA. These Were Developed In Norwegian By Kjell Schou Andreassen And Nils Arne Eggen, Former Coaches Of Norway’s U-21 Male Soccer Team. Andreassen Was Our Principal & Had The Class Every Other Week For Around 3 Years.
