During February 2025 I Did My Second One Month Fast.

First, It Was 25 Days On Only Water, Tea, Coffee, Coke Zero, Red Bull And Monster. The Last Once Mentioned Was Instead Of Some Sugar When I Felt Dizzy. Secondly, 3 To 5 days At The End I Had A Meal A Day, Mainly Consisting Of Rice With Veggies, Egg & Shrimp. A Few Days I Had Some Snacks Like Chips And Chocolate.

After This Fast I Felt Relaxed, Optimistic & Joyful. My Main Course Has Also Changed; New Is Fried Rice & Chicken.

Main Course Has The Last Months Been: 

– Fried Rice With Veggies/Egg/Shrimp/Chicken/Beef

– Pita With The Same As Above As Well As With Salad & Salmon

– Baguette With The Same As Above And/Or Cheese & Ham

– Taco With Beans Or Meat

– Lasagne With Salad & Garlic Bread

– Pizza Of All Kinds

– Pasta With Veggies, Pesto, Meat, Salmon & Chicken

– Burger, Veggie Or Meat With French Fries

– Hotdogs With Potato Cake Or Buns

– Grilled Chicken, Rice & Salad

Croissants For A Snack On The Weekends.
