In 2018 I Went To Rishikesh, India. Rishikesh Is The Yoga Capitol Of The World. The Beatles Was There In The 1960´s.
I Started Out With Abhyanga, A Form Of Ayurvedic Therapy. Then, I Spent A Month In A Yoga Ashram. They Had Chanting And Yoga Every Day. I Found A Bookshop Down The Street As Well As A Spa Hotel Which Had Food I Tolerated. Further, I Stayed In New Delhi Which Had A Couple Of Shops To Look At.
